Living in the Great NW myself, I certainly enjoy a book that captures the essence of the area... and this one was right up my magical alley!  Church of The Dog, A Novel by Kaya McLaren is the perfect mix of story and new thought soul searching... (and yes, the quirky title intrigued me!)
